  • Pre-TreatmentOur Protein Remover is specifically designed to provide the cleanest surface for applying eyelash extensions and will remove any oil, protein, dirt and makeup from the natural lashes. It won't leave behind any residue that will break down the adhesive. 
  • Increased Glue Retention - Using the primer ensures an optimal pH level balance for maximum lash extension bonding. Most glues will lose it’s bond around 3-5 weeks; now it can last up to 7 weeks! 
  • Safe for Eyelash Extensions – Our products do not contain any oils, it will not affect any existing eyelash extension bonds.
  • Quality Guaranteed – Our products have been tested and approved to standard ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ITQA approved.

DIRECTIONS:

Apply eye pads for eye protection. Apply a small amount  onto 2 microfiber brushes and gently wipe off any dirt, buildup, or makeup moving from the base of the lashes to the tip. As for all lash products, do not use an excessive amount. A little goes a long way! 

CAUTION: Make sure your eyes are closed the entire time and avoid direct contact with eyes. Rinse eyes with warm water if any gets into your eye. Avoid use around broken skin. Discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention if irritation or allergic reaction occurs. Do not expose to heat and flame. Store products in a cool and dry place. Keep out of reach of children.

We offer ROUTE insurance as an option during checkout for any packages that may be lost, stolen, or damaged.  Follow this tracking number, we will not be liable for any issues regarding your shipment once it has been sent off, including lost or stolen packages.

TRANSIT TIME

Transit Time does not begin until your package is processed (1-3 business days) and leaves the shipping carrier's facility.

Standard Ground Shipping - Between 2 and 5 business days, depending on your shipping address.

Expedited Shipping - Between 1 and 2 business days in California. Between 2 and 3 days on other U.S. orders after the order is packed. Packages may take up to 5 days depending on your area. 

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, depending on product availability. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.

Shipments may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions. Lash Galore is not liable for any delayed packages. Please note that orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays).

Tracking information will be sent via e-mail upon dispatch of goods. Charges are subject to change without notice.

No Delivery?

If your package was marked as delivered, and you claim that it was not received, you will need to file a claim with USPS. Many times it will arrive within 24 hours as the delivery may have gotten pushed to the next business day due to high shipment volume. Once the package has been shipped out, Lash Galore is not liable for lost packages.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

ALL SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. 

We have a limited return policy because we cannot restock returned goods, and we have to absorb the cost.  If you wish to return a product, please review this policy in full and then contact us to discuss the reason you wish to return your product.

Order Inquiries & Return Procedure

Email us at support@lashgaloresf.com using the contact form on our site within 7 days of shipment (3 days for shipment damage or defects). No return/exchanges will be considered more than 7 days after shipment was delivered. 

Allow 2 weeks for us to process your return once we receive your returned items.

Returns and Exchanges may only be processed if the product was defective or damaged. We are not held liable for the misuse of any of our products. 

Cancelling an Order

Awful packing / packaging

I had high hopes for this brand. However, upon receiving my kit, the primer has clearly leaked out and was half way empty. I provided the brand instagram in hopes that they could help me. They were kind enough to provide me with a replacement, which I will give them 3 stars for.. BUT YET AGAIN when I received the replacement the primer had leaked and it was half empty. I once again messaged them on instagram so they could try to rectify the situation for me. However I was left on read and with NO RESPONSE. What a disappointment. I guess I’ll put both of my HALF EMPTY PRIMERS together to make a whole one. In my opinion, it’s not worth paying $50 and not receiving the product you were promised. Lash Galore should take the time to rethink the packaging and the dropper on the bottle, as it clearly does not work.
