Disclaimer: We recommend storing our lash trays in a cool and dry environment. Lashes stored in humid and hot temperature environments over a long period of time can affect the quality of lashes.
If the lashes are getting stuck together or not fanning properly, simply use a spoolie to brush through the lashes, left to right and front to back. This will make fanning significantly easier!
These are not blooming (easy fanning) lashes. They are individual loose lashes with no glue residue holding them together at the base.
Our Signature Series faux mink lashes are handmade and carefully selected. Its uniform structure helps to build beautiful fans quicker. Micro laser cuts on the lash surface makes for ultra-light volume sets. The foil-backed strip makes for clean lifting and placement. These eyelash extensions sit on a specially designed glue strip to make the lashes easier to spread and to build fans.

Once fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number via email. We offer ROUTE insurance as an option during checkout for any packages that may be lost, stolen, or damaged. TRANSIT TIME
Transit Time does not begin until your package is processed (1-3 business days) and leaves the shipping carrier's facility.
Standard Ground Shipping - Between 2 and 5 business days, depending on your shipping address.
Expedited Shipping - Between 1 and 2 business days in California. Between 2 and 3 days on other U.S. orders after the order is packed. Packages may take up to 5 days depending on your area.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, depending on product availability. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.
Shipments may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions. Lash Galore is not liable for any delayed packages. Please note that orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays).

SHIPMENT UPDATES
No Delivery?
If your package was marked as delivered, and you claim that it was not received, you will need to file a claim with USPS. Many times it will arrive within 24 hours as the delivery may have gotten pushed to the next business day due to high shipment volume. Once the package has been shipped out, Lash Galore is not liable for lost packages.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
ALL SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
We have a limited return policy because we cannot restock returned goods, and we have to absorb the cost. If you wish to return a product, please review this policy in full and then contact us to discuss the reason you wish to return your product.
Order Inquiries & Return Procedure
Email us at support@lashgaloresf.com using the contact form on our site within 7 days of shipment (3 days for shipment damage or defects). No return/exchanges will be considered more than 7 days after shipment was delivered.
Allow 2 weeks for us to process your return once we receive your returned items.
Returns and Exchanges may only be processed if the product was defective or damaged. We are not held liable for the misuse of any of our products.
