      Once fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number via email. We offer ROUTE insurance as an option during checkout for any packages that may be lost, stolen, or damaged.  Follow this tracking number, we will not be liable for any issues regarding your shipment once it has been sent off, including lost or stolen packages.

      TRANSIT TIME

      Transit Time does not begin until your package is processed (1-3 business days) and leaves the shipping carrier's facility.

      Standard Ground Shipping - Between 2 and 5 business days, depending on your shipping address.

      Expedited Shipping - Between 1 and 2 business days in California. Between 2 and 3 days on other U.S. orders after the order is packed. Packages may take up to 5 days depending on your area. 

      Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, depending on product availability. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.

      Shipments may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions. Lash Galore is not liable for any delayed packages. Please note that orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays).

      Duties, Taxes, Customs & Other Fees

      International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes (VAT). You are responsible for checking with the shipping destination country as to their regulations regarding duties and taxes. You are also responsible for paying any import duties, taxes or other fees that may be applied. We will do our best to ensure you have the fastest, lowest cost shipping / customs experience.

      SHIPMENT UPDATES

      Tracking information will be sent via e-mail upon dispatch of goods. Charges are subject to change without notice.

      No Delivery?

      If your package was marked as delivered, and you claim that it was not received, you will need to file a claim with USPS. Many times it will arrive within 24 hours as the delivery may have gotten pushed to the next business day due to high shipment volume. Once the package has been shipped out, Lash Galore is not liable for lost packages.

      RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

      ALL SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. 

      We have a limited return policy because we cannot restock returned goods, and we have to absorb the cost.  If you wish to return a product, please review this policy in full and then contact us to discuss the reason you wish to return your product.

      Order Inquiries & Return Procedure

      Email us at support@lashgaloresf.com using the contact form on our site within 7 days of shipment (3 days for shipment damage or defects). No return/exchanges will be considered more than 7 days after shipment was delivered. 

      Allow 2 weeks for us to process your return once we receive your returned items.

      Returns and Exchanges may only be processed if the product was defective or damaged. We are not held liable for the misuse of any of our products. 

      Cancelling an Order

      If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

      I was hopeful these tweezers would meet my needs. I had dropped my favorite pair and was in need of something new. I tried using them and the grip was poor. There was no sweet spot. The lashes wouldn’t neatly fan. I had high hopes and my expectations weren’t met.

      The tweezers edge does not close properly for any kind of volume work. The only way to get full contact at the edge is to use full force and pinching the whole handle of the tweezers together. There’s no sweet spot at all, only using them for classics since I can’t even use them for volume which is the reason I bought them. I loved the fiber tip iso tweezers and wanted to try more from the company but I will only be ordering classic tweezers not volume again. 3 pairs all different styles and none of the contact is proper but the 90s were the worst
